one day i’ll hold your hand, late afternoon red tainted golden skies embrace our sides as i kiss you. your smile drawn upon mine in that moment & the nostalgia of a mere facebook message causes a delightful irregularity in heartbeat for a second or two.

& what makes it so much more surreal is the fact that neither one of us will be able to deny it - like it’ll happen (as a formality more than anything) just to solidify the union built through the age of travel, art & the key ingredient (LOVE) with the end result a celebration of life in the experiences & moments both lived & shared between us
